Nantong New Century Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. mainly deals in R&D and manufacturing of impregnating dryer line and related supplementary equipments. Our impregnating dryer plants are tailor-made for production of melamine (MUF, UF, and PF) impregnated paper, MDF (HDF) surface paper, laminate-floor impregnating paper, particle board (fireproof board) surface paper and insulative layer board (PCB). We have occupied a market share of above 70% and become one of China's main suppliers of impregnation production line.

XSJ1500 horizontal two-step impregnating dryer, in base of introduction, digestion and absorbing foreign advanced equipment and technology, we developed the new generation impregnating dryer line. We launched the line in 1990, and immediately caused a tremendous response. Our local factories purchased numerously and continually. As the market expanding quickly, we first independently developed XSJ1800B (5ft), the XSJ2100B (6ft), the XSJ2340B (7ft), the XSJ2700B (8ft) impregnation paper dryer line to meet the domestic and foreign clients' increasing demand. XSJ Series dryers have strong advantages in low energy consumption, speed, glue savings and high degree of automation.
